Complete the Online Graduation Request Form
Fill out the official graduation form available on the Faculty of Engineering website.

Submit Approval Request via BYS to Your Academic Advisor
Following form submission, send the graduation request to your academic advisor through the Student Information System (BYS).

Departmental Audit & Board Approval
Subsequent transcript evaluations, ECTS clearance, and internship verifications are finalized directly by the department administration; no further action is required from the student.
