Taking Courses from Other Universities in Summer School
Students planning to take courses from another higher education institution during summer school must submit their petition along with the supporting documents listed below directly to the Department Secretariat:
Required Documents & Equivalence Criteria
The official central examination result sheet for the year the student was admitted to the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Marmara University.
If enrolling in courses across multiple institutions, the detailed syllabus and weekly timetable for each course must be provided. In addition, the central admission score of the host program in the student’s matriculation year must be equal to or higher than that of our department (Scores can be verified via YÖK Atlas).
Courses intended to be taken from ITU, YTU, or other universities must be delivered strictly in 100% English. Where parallel sections in Turkish and English exist, enrollment in the English section is mandatory. Courses taken in Turkish will not be accepted for credit transfer.
