Summer School

TAKING COURSES FROM DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES WITHIN THE SUMMER SCHOOL

Students who wish to take courses from other universities during the summer school period must submit the following documents to the department secretary along with their application petition:

  1. ÖSYS Exam Result Document: The national university entrance exam (ÖSYS) result document from the year the student was admitted to their current university.

  2. Course Schedule and University Preferences: If the student plans to take courses from more than one university, a detailed course schedule must be provided for each university. Additionally, the department offering the course must have an ÖSYS base score that is equal to or higher than the base score of the student’s current department.

  3. Language of Instruction: For courses taken from universities such as ITU or YTU, the language of instruction must be English. Some departments offer the same course in both Turkish and English. In such cases, students are required to register for the English version of the course. Otherwise, the course will not be considered valid.

Students who want to take courses from a different department or university in the summer school are required to fill in the form given below, prepare the annexes and obtain the relevant signatures when applying to the department.
